1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "okibet" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at okibet.bio, operated under a valid PAGCOR license.
• "Platform" means the okibet website, mobile site, and all associated services, games, and tools.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers and/or uses the okibet Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on okibet.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the okibet Platform in any manner — including but not limited to registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the okibet Platform and close your account if one has been created. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and okibet with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, proposals, or agreements, whether oral or written.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use okibet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. In accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing casino-type gaming in the Philippines, access to real-money games is strictly restricted to players aged 21 and above.
2. You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted.
3. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of okibet or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
5. You must not have been self-excluded or excluded by okibet from using the Platform.

okibet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of age, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4 Account Registration

Each individual may register a maximum of one (1) Account on okibet. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein, pending investigation.

When registering your okibet account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and a secure password.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notify okibet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

okibet reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account without prior notice if, in its sole discretion, it determines that registration eligibility requirements have not been met or that false or misleading information has been provided.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

okibet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, and USDT. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on okibet:

• All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section of your account and are subject to change.
• okibet does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• okibet does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

okibet offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless specific wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire upon the end of the validity period.
• okibet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or discontinue any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.
• Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing low-risk offsetting bets, or exploiting game-specific vulnerabilities — will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and may have their account suspended.
• Bonuses may be limited to specific games or game categories. Bets placed on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.

7 Wagering & Gameplay

All wagers placed on okibet are final once confirmed by the system. okibet will not reverse or cancel confirmed bets except in cases of demonstrable technical error on the part of okibet's systems.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, okibet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. okibet is not liable for any losses claimed to result from technical errors not directly caused by the Platform's own systems, including but not limited to player device failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service outages.

Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for virtual table and slot games, and by live physical processes monitored in accredited studios for live dealer games. Return-to-player (RTP) figures are available for all certified slot titles in the game information section of each game.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on okibet and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment instruments.
• Providing false identity, age, or other material information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or coordinated wagering designed to defraud okibet or other players.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors to generate credits or winnings.
• Engaging in money laundering or using okibet for any illegal financial activity in violation of Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
• Facilitating access to the Platform by minors or individuals in restricted jurisdictions.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the okibet Platform, including but not limited to the okibet brand name and logo, game graphics, software, user interface design, promotional materials, and textual content, is the intellectual property of okibet or its licensed partners and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of okibet content without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okibet, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

okibet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Suspension & Termination

okibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or KYC requirements within specified timeframes.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Instructions from PAGCOR or other competent regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account policies.

Upon account closure initiated by the player, any remaining verified Real Money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deduction of applicable fees and completion of required verification procedures. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon account closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to okibet's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or the appropriate Philippine courts with jurisdiction.

14 Amendments to These Terms

okibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, and/or via a notice displayed prominently on the okibet Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page. Your continued use of the okibet Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure.
